Government backed coronavirus Business Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme

We’re supporting initiatives by the Governments of Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man, to help businesses facing financial difficulty due to the impact of coronavirus.

Each scheme will help to provide local businesses with urgent cash flow support due to issues associated with COVID-19.

Keeping your business safe from fraud and scams

Fraudsters are taking advantage of the coronavirus outbreak and using the crisis as a cover for scams. Remember we will never ask you to move money to a ‘safe account’ or ask you for your PINs or Passwords.

Working remotely and adapting to new ways of doing business can also make you more vulnerable to a cyber-attack.

Find out if you're business is eligible for your local coronavirus Business Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme

Answer our 5 questions to find out if your business qualifies for the Government of Jersey, States of Guernsey or Isle of Man Government Business Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme.

1: Have you experienced a loss in trading or any impact on business performance as a consequence of coronavirus?
This option might not be suitable for you but there might be other products available.
2: Can you prove that your business would've been able to afford this lending before the coronavirus outbreak (for example, with your financial accounts)?
If your business was in financial difficulty before the outbreak, you won't be eligible for the  Coronavirus Business Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme.

Isle of Man

3: Is your business based in the Isle of Man , Jersey or Guernsey with a group turnover of no more than £10 million per year?
The Coronavirus Business Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme isn't available for corporate businesses with an annual turnover of more than £10m.

4: Does your business need funding of between £5,000 to £500,000?
The Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme is only available for lending up to £500,000.

We may be able to help if you need less than £5,000

5: Are you looking to help fund your business with either a business loan or an overdraft?
We are only able to offer lending through loans/overdrafts within this scheme.
Your business could be eligible for a Business Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme, as set out by Crown Dependency Governments
