Visiting your local branch
For the safety of all our colleagues and customers, and to support national efforts in containing the spread of COVID-19, please only visit your local branch if absolutely necessary. You can do most of your day-to-day banking from home on the Barclays app and online banking. Our client service centre remains open, however, we’re experiencing higher call volumes than normal. We therefore ask that you only call us if you enquiry is urgent so that we can support our most vulnerable customers at this time.
Please do not visit a branch if:
- You’ve arrived in/returned to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey in the last 14 days
- You’ve been infected with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with the virus within the past 14 days
- You are showing the following symptoms
- A high temperature
- A new, continuous cough
If you must visit a branch and are safe to do so, please respect the social distancing measures in place and use hand sanitizer on entry where provided.
